We have flexible policies when staying with us. Please review below and then make your online reservations.
Reservation Policy
Check-in is between 4-7 p.m. Please make advance arrangements for early or late check-in.
Check-out is by 11 a.m.
Rates
Prices listed do not include taxes or fees, unless otherwise listed. Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. Call for long-term rates.
Children
The Oakwood Inn is an adults-only bed & breakfast. Children are allowed with full-house buyouts.
Pets
Pets are welcome, with some restrictions. Please contact The Oakwood Inn prior to arrival if you will be travelling with your pet. There is a $40 charge per night per pet.
Deposits
A deposit equivalent to one night’s stay is required for all reservations.
Cancellation
Due to The Oakwood Inn’s intimate size, any cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Your deposit will be refunded if we receive notification more than 14 days prior to your arrival. If for any reason you cancel your stay within 14 days, your deposit will not be refunded and you will be responsible for the value of your entire stay, some rates exempted. A 90-day cancellation notice is required on full-house bookings and for some special events.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates must be presented at check-in.
Smoking/Vaping
Absolutely no smoking/vaping of any type is allowed in the building. There are outdoor urns available for smoking outside.
